Job Summary: Job duties include but are not limited to: Assist Sales & Traffic Managers with administration of local sales efforts, Printing reports, Data entry and management, Completing radio broadcast orders, revisions, promotion request forms and other paperwork as needed. Supporting account executives while they’re out of the office. Tracking sales and client approvals. Typing proposals for account executives. Working with Traffic on order entry and maintenance.
Skills and Experience: Excellent written and verbal skills. Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office™ Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Above average organizational and computer skills. Basic understanding of the Internet as a business tool. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Cheerful and approachable demeanor.
